Changes
to Ranking / Licenses: In order to to streamline
the ranking system it has been decided to link ranking to licence
numbers.This will make it far more convenient for the person updating
the rankings as it will avoid problems caused by mis-spelling or
typos when entering competitor names into En Garde at competitions.
